Delete your account
You can delete your ValueQuest family at any time. It is permanent, it is free, and we never ask you for a reason.
If you can still sign in
This is the fastest way and it happens immediately. Sign in, open Settings, scroll to Delete this account, and type DELETE to confirm.
If you cannot sign in, or have uninstalled the app
Email privacy@valuequest.app from the address on the account. We will confirm it is you, delete everything, and reply to say it is done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted
Everything. Your login, every child profile, all of their XP, levels, streaks and badges, every task and reading assignment, every proof photo, your family goals and meetings, and your notification history. There is no backup and it cannot be undone.
What happens to billing
If you have a subscription it is cancelled as part of the deletion, so you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded. If you would rather just stop paying and keep your data, cancel from the billing section instead — your family stays exactly as it is.
What we keep, and why
Only what the law requires us to: records of payments already taken, which tax and accounting rules oblige us to retain. Those hold billing amounts and dates — not your children’s names, activity, or photos, which are erased with everything else.
